My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were not only spotless but also incredibly cozy with beautiful furniture. The king-sized bed provided me with the best night's sleep I've had in ages. The balcony overlooking the Smokey Mountains was a breathtaking touch to an already perfect room. The only drawback could be the price, which was a bit on the higher side, but the value for the comfort was definitely there.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a great view of the mountains but lacked high definition channels, which was a minor downside. The service, although not top-notch overall, was redeemed by George’s friendly manner and excellent knowledge of the area. The location felt somewhat isolated being situated on a mountain, but it was excellent for accessing the national park. The dining options included fresh dishes, but the service in the restaurant was subpar. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is nestled on top of the mountains overlooking Gatlinburg. The rooms provide a cozy stay, but be prepared to possibly cross paths with a bear. The service had its ups and downs, with room for improvement in customer interaction. The location offers a serene mountain setting, though a bit secluded from downtown attractions. Dining was satisfactory with a cooked-to-order omelet option. Overall, a unique experience with a mix of pros and cons.
